Can I schedule a hamper to be delivered on a specific date in the future?
Yes, you can plan ahead! During the checkout process, you will have the option to select a preferred delivery date. While we always aim for exact-day delivery, we recommend scheduling it a day early during peak holidays just to ensure it arrives perfectly on time.
What happens if a fragile item inside the hamper arrives damaged?
We take immense care in packing our hampers with protective materials so they look pristine when opened. However, if any item is damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damaged package and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.
Will the recipient see the price or invoice inside the gift?
Never. We know it’s a gift! All Tannabanna hampers are shipped as “Gift Delivery,” meaning we omit the price tags from the products and do not include a physical invoice inside the box. A digital invoice is sent exclusively to the sender’s email address upon purchase.
How can I track the delivery status of my gift?
As soon as your Tannabanna hamper is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp/SMS notification containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor its journey from our warehouse right to the recipient’s doorstep.
Do you ship internationally, or only within India?
